Pro-Tech Fabricators Inc. is committed to designing and fabricating premium quality products while minimizing the time elapsed between order origination and vessel delivery. Our Engineers work actively with suppliers to insure quality products are incorporated into their designs to meet, or exceed, API specifications. AUTOCAD and SOLIDWORKS design programs are utilized by our engineering staff to achieve the manufacturing goals required by our management. Design specifications and drawings are made available to the customer upon confirmation of their order.

TESTING

Every Sealed Tank or Vessel manufactured at Pro-Tech Fabricators Inc. is tested by our computerized 30,000 gallon hydro-test station. Our inspection process consists of the following:

1. Every weld is inspected visually on the inside and outside of the tank before water is applied.

2. The tank is filled with water.

3. Air is applied to 5-6 PSI and maintained for 4 Hours.

4. Every Weld is inspected visually by 2 inspectors for leaks.

5. Discrepancies, if found, are fixed and then the process is repeated.
