Delta Oilfield Tank Co. LLC (3) manufacturing facilities are filled with the newest, "State of the Art Equipment".  Our cutting/shaping department is equipped with a 2006 Amada 4000W – 6 x 12 Laser complimented with a 2007 Messier 10 x 50 Plasma / Flame Table. Material is shaped /bent with a 2007 Accu-Press 500TN x 14 Brake. In addition, Delta is equipped with a modern machine shop that includes a brand new assortment of Mills, Lathes , and Drill Presses. Delta's newest factory houses (7) – 2007 Koike-Aronsen Manipulators . (5) Manipulators are equipped with Lincoln dual – submerged arcs - (2) are equipped with Miller dual wire feeders with seam trackers. Delta has (7) –10TN overhead cranes divided amongst the (3) factories to accomplish the heavy lifting within the facilities. All tanks manufactured at Delta are hydro-tested with our computerized, 100,000 gallon system. The product is then taken into 1 of our 2 Global Finishing System automated paint booths. Our paint crew can prep, paint, and load our tanks on a semi-trailer in less than 2 hours from our paint booth equipped with an overhead chain drive system. From Raw Steel to Finished Product, our manufacturing facilities have the most up-to-date equipment built to insure the customer receives "QUALITY EQUIPMENT –ON TIME –ON BUDGET".
